Conditions Générales de Vente

For the 2020/2021 season following the COVID health crisis, we offer very flexible conditions. In this period of uncertainty, consider taking out travel insurance with your insurer for a few euros, you will be covered and reimbursed.

Terms of cancelation

Free cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival.

In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay is due.

Prepayment

No pre-payment - free cancellation and modification up to 7 days before your arrival, modification possible depending on our availability.

 

Payment

Total payment by bank transfer on D-7 of your arrival

For reservations made less than 7 days before your arrival, full payment will be requested by bank transfer

I will send you my bank details and an invoice.

 

These conditions are only valid on our website if you book through booking.com, the booking.com conditions mentioned during your reservation will be applied.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE:

The beds are made on arrival, the towels: (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 square face per person), tea towels, cleaning products, a grocery kit (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar ).

 

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. However, we ask you to return the kitchen in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival and to return the lodging in a correct state. If we were to notice an unacceptable condition this will result in a cleaning supplement of 70 €.

Swimming pool

Access to our swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from May to September.

​

BB equipment

At your disposal free of charge: cot (sheets not provided), high chair, baby cook, stroller from 1 year old.

Check-in and access badge

I welcome you from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. If your arrival is after 8 p.m, you can collect the key from a key box. You have at your disposal a badge for the opening of the gate and a key for the lodging.

Check-out

I ask you to kindly leave your gîte no later than 11 am on the day of your departure.

​

Smokers

For the comfort of our guests, the cottage is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available on the terrace only

 

Animals

We regret that we cannot accept your animals. The house cat does not mix well with our four-legged friends. Le Chat (that's his name) is absolutely prohibited from entering the gite despite his requests and tricks.

 

Electric bikes

We provide you with 2 electric bikes - Deposit of: 500 € / bike
